Real Wedding Sneak Peek!

Hey y'all!  So excited to be showing you lovelies the first shots of the super awesome wedding of my dear friends Sara and Dustin.  I'm going to do my best to convince my fave wedding photog, Ericka G Photography, to share her sure to be gorgeous pics from this fabulous wedding, but until then, you'll have to deal with my iPhone pics!  Sara and Dustin got married at one of my favorite So Cal venues, Casa Romantica.  There is just no beating the stunning views at this location.  Just wait until you see the ceremony backdrop!  Here are some of my favorite details from this amazing day!

Walking from the front of the venue out to the ceremony location, the gift/guest book table gave guests the first glimpse of the simple elegance of this wedding.  Succulents, orchids, and personal photos of the couple decorated the table.

And Sara and Dustin had my favorite guest book ever (tutorial here)...wine bottles!  (Labels designed by yours truly!)

This is the view as the walk to the ceremony continues...

And this is the backdrop for the ceremony...I mean, really, does it get any better than this?

The gorgeous bride was escorted down the aisle by her mom, which I love!

And the couple was married by a former student of Sara's, who wrote an amazing personal poem for them--wasn't a dry eye in the house!

Through a local farmers market, Sara found a vendor who did all the boxed succulents.  Sara's mom did all of the other flowers, incorporating bright yellow blooms in mason jars.

For the seating chart, the couple used a large picture frame and incorporated post cards from different places they have traveled to.

The post card theme continued to the table centerpieces, which I absolutely loved!

They also incorporated some of Sara's Mexican heritage with these personalized papel picado flags.

One of the cutest things these thoughtful guys did was leave little gifts for the children attending the wedding.  How sweet is this?

They also left a post card with a personal message for each guest at his/her place setting.  So sweet!

Take a look at this fabulous courtyard, not too shabby for a reception, right?

Of all the weddings I have been to and coordinated, this was definitely one of the most thoughtful, personal, creative, and as a guest, fun!  Congrats to Sara and Dustin and thanks for letting me share in your special day!
